How to Order
Nitan offers 4 different platforms to facilitate your shopping. You can order your items through:

After our staff has checked the payment, we will deliver your order within 2-5 business days, or 3-10 business days during promotion or festival period according to payment orders.
Nitan’s members or Customers that have registered on the website can check their order history and status through www.ilovenitan.com
Non-member customers can check their order history and status through e-mail.
Delivery in Bangkok Metropolitan will be made via ALPHA FAST
Delivery in other provinces will be made via Thailand Post using EMS service
Orders from other countries will be shipped through DHL Express or as per the agreement. The shipping fees will be calculated according to the weight and distance. The delivery follows upon the receipt of customer’s payment. Customers must order through Line @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only
In the case where customers have ordered through Line@ or Facebook, they can use the messenger service as their delivery option whereby the customers must be responsible for the delivery fee according to the distance.
If your ordered items are not available, please press the ‘Notify me’ button to receive a notification through your registered email once the product is available
Exchange & Return product
In case where customers want to exchange their product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and return the item within 14 days after receiving the product. (As per the delivery date on your receipt). We will deliver the exchanged item within 10 business days after receiving the returned item
Customers must only inform the exchange item through Line @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan and must receive a confirmation to exchange the item from us before returning the items back
Customers can send the item back to Nitan by Thai post office. There’s an exchange form inside the parcel, customers must fill in the information and send it back with the item you want to exchange along with the receipt.
The item must be in its perfect condition, must not be washed or used, items must have all tags attached. In cases where the item is a canvas bag, shoes, all must be sent back including the boxes they came with.
Special discount items and some promotion items can’t be exchanged
If exchanging the same item for the second time, customers are responsible for the delivery fees and must pay an additional exchange fee of 80 Baht
Receiving refunds will be given back in the form of ‘Store Credit’ which you will be able to use on your next purchase (As of now, ‘Store Credit’ can only be used through Line @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only)
Nitan’s company reserves the right not to return in cash form.
