How to Order

Nitan offers 4 different platforms to facilitate your shopping. You can order your items through:

Deliveries in Thailind

After our staff has checked the payment, we will deliver your order within 2-5 business days, or 3-10 business days during promotion or festival period according to payment orders.

Nitan’s members or Customers that have registered on the website can check their order history and status through www.ilovenitan.com

Non-member customers can check their order history and status through e-mail.

  • Delivery in Bangkok Metropolitan will be made via ALPHA FAST

  • Delivery in other provinces will be made via Thailand Post using EMS service

  • Orders from other countries will be shipped through DHL Express or as per the agreement. The shipping fees will be calculated according to the weight and distance. The delivery follows upon the receipt of customer’s payment. Customers must order through Line @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only

  • In the case where customers have ordered through [email protected] or Facebook, they can use the messenger service as their delivery option whereby the customers must be responsible for the delivery fee according to the distance.

Exchange & Return product

  • Once customers have received their package, please make sure to check the item(s) inside carefully. If you wish to exchange or return the item(s), please follow the steps below: 

    1. Customers must send the request through either LINE: @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only and must have received a confirmation from our staffs before returning the item(s) in order to successfully process the exchange. 

    2. If customers wish to exchange their item(s), please send the item(s) back within 14 working days from the day of purchase. Customers can change the items twice within the original condition.

    3. The item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not be washed or used before, item(s) must have all tags attached. Shoes and bags must be returned with the original box included.

    4. Customers can send the returned item(s) to Nitan Co., Ltd. 56 Soi Inthamara 18, Ratchadaphisek, Dindaeng, Bangkok 10400. Please fill in the exchange form and send it back with the item(s) you want to exchange along with the receipt.

    5. A request to exchange the item(s) with the same price can be processed immediately.

    6. Exchanging item(s) with different price point can be changed as follows; 

    6.1 Regular priced items and discount items from 1 - 20% off can be calculated by; subtract the original price from the amount of money the customer has previously paid/ plus 5% off discount of VIP member.

    - The difference in price points on the exchanged item must be paid by the customer.

    - If the exchanged item(s) price points are lower than the amount of money the customer has previously paid, refunds will be given back in the form of store credit which customers can use in their next purchase.

    6.2 Discount items from 21 - 49% off

    - If the exchanged item(s) price points are higher than the amount of money the customer has previously paid, can be calculated by; subtract the original price from the amount of money the customer has previously paid include 5% off discount of VIP member but exclude all promotion discount.

    - The company reserves the rights to refund in case the exchanged items price points are lower than returned items 

    6.3 Items from 50% off and/or above cannot be exchanged or refund.

    6.4 Items purchased within the SALE section and special price items cannot be exchanged or refund.

    6.5 Some promotional items cannot be exchanged. Please check terms and conditions for each promotion. For some promotional item(s), our company reserves the rights to change the terms and condition.

    7. Customers can change the style, colour and size once (free of charge) within the original condition.

    8. If customers wish to exchange their item(s) for the second time, the customers must be responsible for mailing fees along with additional fees including an 80 Baht charge from us to send back the item(s) to the customers.

    9. Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash/ credit card. It will be expired within 6 months from the day of purchase and can be used to purchase any items through Nitan LINE: @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only.

    10. The company reserves the right, in any circumstances to refund.

    11. The exchange and return conditions are as specified by the company.

    12. Nitan reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions & policies without prior notice. The company’s decision is final.
