We are committed to keeping your personal information secure and will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and secure them from being misused or alterated. Nitan ensures your personal information is safe with us. Accessing all information requires the customer’s password in order to prevent information leaking. 

Exchange and return policy 


Once customers have received their package, please make sure to check the item(s) inside carefully. If you wish to exchange or return the item(s), please follow the steps below:


  • If customers wish to exchange their item(s), please send a request within 7 days and return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the item(s). After we have received the exchanged item(s), we will proceed on sending back the new item(s) within 10 business days.
  • Customers must send the request through either LINE: @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan only and must have received a confirmation from our staffs before returning the item(s) in order to successfully process the exchange.
  • Customers can send the returned item(s) to Nitan Co.,Ltd 282 Soi Thinnakon, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400
  • Customers can send the item(s) back to Nitan shop via post delivery. Please fill in the exchange form and send it back with the item(s) you want to exchange along with the receipt.
  • The item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not be washed or used before, item(s) must have all tags attached. Shoes and bags must be returned with the original box included.
  • Item(s) purchased in the sale section or some promotional item(s) are not eligible for exchange.
  • For some promotional item(s), our company reserves the rights to change the terms and condition.
  • All rights are reserved for us to change the item(s) or refund using Store Credit.
  • Refunds will be given back in the form of Store Credit which customers can use in their next purchase (Store Credit can only be used through LINE: @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan for the time being).
  • Nitan reserves the right not to return cash in any circumstances.
  • A request to exchange the item(s) with the same price can be processed immediately.
  • Exchanging item(s) with different price point will  be calculated from the amount of money the customer has previously paid. We suggest to choose item(s) with a higher price than that of the previous purchase or a combined price which is higher than that of the initial payment. The difference in price points on the exchanged item must be paid by the customer.
  • Customers can change the style, colour and size once (free of charge).
  • If customers wish to exchange their item(s) for the second time, the customers must be responsible for mailing fees along with additional fees including an 80 Baht charge from us to send back the item(s) to the customers.

Terms of Payment

Payment (credit or debit card)

  • At Nitan, we accept Visa, MasterCard and JCB

Transaction failures through credit or debit card:

  • The account does not have sufficient funds
  • The name of the account does not match the information you have provided
  • Not having been registered your bank account for online transactions
  • There are limited number of transactions
  • The bank account does not exist

Delivery Terms and Condition 

  • Once our staff have checked the payment, we will deliver the order within 2-5 business days, or 3-10 business days on promotions or festival periods according to payment orders 
  • In cases where we are unable to send the item(s) on the appointed date, we reserve all rights to send it on the following day
  • Once the item(s) have been delivered, our staff will confirm the delivery and send the item(s) Tracking Number to customers’ email within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery will be free of charge if the order is above 1,000 Baht

*discounts will automatically be added once you proceed to the check out page 

  • Order under 1,000 Baht will be charged with an additional 80 Baht delivery fee provided that the order must not exceed 4 items. For delivery of 5 items upwards, 100 baht fee will be charged
  • Customers are responsible for the delivery fee on all promotional items. A delivery fee of 80 Baht will be charged for orders not exceeding 4 items. For order of 5 items upwards, a delivery fee of 100 Baht will be charged. Some specified free-of-charge promotional items will be delivered for free

  • Deliveries in Bangkok will go through Alpha Performance Group Co.,Ltd. and will normally take 1-2 days for customers to receive the parcel. In cases where customers have not received the parcel, please check your delivery status here or contact Alpha Performance Group at 02-290-2800
  • Deliveries to other provinces will go through Thai Post office EMS service, and will normally take 1-2 days for customers to receive the parcel. In cases where customers have not received the parcel, please check your delivery status here or contact the destination post

Online orders through LINE, Facebook or Email 

  • Deliveries in Bangkok and its vicinity will go through Alpha Performance Group Co.,Ltd., and will normally take 1-2 days for the parcel to be delivered. In cases where customers have not received the parcel, please check your delivery status here or contact Alpha Performance Group 02-290-2800
  • Deliveries up country will be delivered by Thai Post office EMS service, and will normally take 1-2 days for customers to receive the parcel. In cases where customers have not received the parcel, please check the delivery status here or contact the destination post
  • In case of using messenger service from private courier company in Bangkok and its vicinity, the delivery fee will be charged according to the agreement. The customers will be responsible for all delivery expenses depending on the distance. The payment must be paid directly to the messenger

 

Claims and Compensation

  • Nitan reserves all rights not to be responsible if there are delays on the delivery, but we will inform the customers regarding the delays 
  • If the item(s) has been delivered using Thai Post EMS, Alpha or other courier companies. They will be responsible for all damages or loss that may occur.
  • In the case where the item(s) is damaged or loss by EMS delivery, the Thai post office will give a 2,000 Baht compensation, Nitan will pay the customers back once we received the compensation from the Thai post office.
  • If the item(s) is damaged or lost through Alpha Performance Group delivery, the company will give back a 2,000 Baht compensation, Nitan will pay the customers back once we received the compensation from Alpha Performance Group.
  • If the item(s) is sent back to our company due to incorrect information from the customers, the customers must pay for the next delivery fee.


Cancel Order

  • If Nitan has made a stocking or pricing mistake on the website, we reserve all rights to cancel that order for the customers and will further inform the reasons to the customers

 

International Shipping

  • Customers must pay for all fees and taxes for items shipped overseas, our company will not be liable for any additional charges after the items have been shipped.

 

International Shipping Option

  • Shipped by DHL Express Thailand
  • The delivery time depends on the country and destination
  • Nitan will not be responsible for any damage after DHL Express has taken delivery of the parcel


International Shipping Claims and Compensation


DHL Express Thailand will be responsible for damages as following 

  • If customers do not have a parcel insurance, DHL Express Thailand will give back the money according to the amount on the invoice or no more than $26 per kilos
  • If customers have an insurance, DHL Express Thailand will refund the full amount according to the invoice and will also be responsible for the delivery fees.
  • Fees on applying for insurance equals to 2% of the declared value on the invoice paper including vat, starting at a minimum of 450 Baht.

  • If customers choose to pay via money transfer, customers can confirm their payment by filling in the information and including the money transaction details here https://www.ilovenitan.com/member/paymentbank/
  • If customers choose to pay via money transfer, please make the payment and send in the receipt within 48 hours of ordering, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If customers have not confirmed the payment within 48 hours, please contact Nitan through LINE: @ilovenitan or Facebook: ilovenitan to proceed with the next step
  • Once the payment has been checked our staff will send a payment confirmation email, if you have not received an email confirmation within 2 business days (or more than 2 days during national holiday) please contact

Terms of Service

1. Customers must agree to follow the terms and conditions on our website www.ilovenitan (including normal website usage, buying and ordering item(s). Nitan store reserves all rights to amend the terms and condition according to what www.ilovenitan sees fit, which means that customers are informed and have agreed to the changes once released on the website. Customers are bound by any changes to the Terms and Condition when using the Website after such changes have been first posted. 

2. Regardless of how hard we try on providing as much information on our products, Nitan can’t guarantee that all information will be relevant nor correct.

3. Nitan reserve all rights to cancel customers order if there was a pricing or stocking mistake on the website, in this case we will inform customers the reasons why the order was cancelled.
